Our reds come from winemakers who work without artifice: little or no added sulphur, cleanly grown fruit, vinification that lets the place speak. Burgundy pinot noir, Beaujolais gamay, cuvées from the Rhône, the Loire and the South-West.
Wines to drink rather than store — most are at their best within the year, and the fruitier bottles take well to a light chill.
