"Le Monde" called it a brilliant, energetic red and one of the best new finds in its appellation, a silky, many-layered wine the critics clearly fell for. High praise, and well deserved.

Their Cabernet Franc shows what the Loire Valley does best: a red that's rich and juicy without ever feeling heavy, with real structure and the balance every Cab Franc lover is looking for.

Ripe dark fruit on the nose and palate, followed by fresh herbal notes and the touch of roasted red pepper so typical of Loire Cabernet Franc. Smooth tannins and a fresh finish make it a wine to enjoy right now.

Perfect with grilled meats, duck, lamb and charcuterie. It also pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses like Comté or Tomme. Ideal for a barbecue or dinner with friends.

Serve slightly cool, between 10 and 14°C, to bring out the fruit and freshness. On a warm day, 20 minutes in the fridge before opening is all it takes.
