Refund policy

We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food products, including cheeses, cured meats, fresh products, and other sensitive food items),

  • Custom or made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items).

For food safety reasons, perishable goods (including cheeses, cured meats, and other fresh food products) are not eligible for return, in accordance with Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that, in accordance with Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, including cheeses, cured meats, and other fresh food products offered on our website.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
