Shipping policy

We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

📦 Preparation time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Example:
Any order placed between Friday 5 pm and Sunday 12 am will only be processed on Monday morning from 10 am.

🚚 Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier (DHL, DPD or PostNL) and the destination. As an indication:

- Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.

📦 Pickup at Terroir HQ

You can collect your order at the Terroir HQ on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
Please wait for the confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

💶 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

📍 Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.
