Shipping policy
We prepare orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
📦 Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped or is ready for collection at Terroir HQ.
🚲 Free delivery in Amsterdam
Delivery is free within Amsterdam (inside the A10 ring), with no minimum order.
Whenever possible, orders are delivered directly by Terroir by bike, right to the entrance of your home or building.
Delivery details and the expected time slot will be communicated after your order has been confirmed.
🚚 Delivery in the Netherlands
For orders outside our free Amsterdam delivery area, parcels are shipped via our delivery partners, including DHL, DPD or PostNL.
As a general guideline, delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination or during particularly busy periods.

Collection is available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Please wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
💶 Delivery costs
Amsterdam inside the A10 ring: free delivery, with no minimum order.
For all other destinations, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the characteristics of your order.
📍 Order tracking
For orders shipped by a delivery partner, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
🔞 Orders containing alcohol
Alcohol may only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over.
For orders containing alcohol, age verification may be required upon delivery or collection. A valid ID may be requested by Terroir or the delivery partner.
