MIA is Elsa's new artisanal tonic, a sparkling natural drink with a unique profile that is both bitter, fruity, and refreshing. Its intense pink color immediately catches the eye and promises an original aromatic experience.
Made with gentian and bergamot, MIA reinterprets classic tonic codes with an elegant bitterness, softened by a rounder, fruitier touch. The bubbles are fine and natural, bringing freshness and lightness to the whole.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs ideally with goat cheese toasts or can be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic alternative in a revisited Virgin Gin & Tonic.
