Christine JUN Kombucha 75cl - APF

Christine is a delicate and original cuvée, inspired by the world of flowers and plants. Made from acacia honey, pears, meadowsweet, and sweet woodruff, this Alsatian fermented beverage offers a subtle, fresh, and perfectly balanced aromatic profile.

Its slightly cloudy, peach-skin hue is accompanied by fine, elegant bubbles. On the nose and palate, it reveals notes of pear, pineapple, and sweet almond, bringing a slight bitterness and depth. The mid-palate gives way to touches of grapefruit zest, while the finish is persistent, fresh, and mouth-watering.

A floral and modern cuvée, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light and refined moments.
