Vouvray Sec "Bulle des Cimes" 2022 - Domaine de la Canopée

This sparkling wine, made using the traditional method by Jérémy, showcases the full finesse of Vouvray's Chenin Blanc. After 12 months on lees, it develops beautiful complexity while retaining great freshness.

On the nose, it expresses notes of citrus, particularly lime zest, accompanied by a light brioche touch and dried fruits. On the palate, the attack is lively and taut, driven by refreshing acidity, fine and persistent bubbles, and a chalky, mineral finish. The low dosage (1.5 g/L) makes it a brut nature sparkling wine, straightforward and precise.

A timeless classic, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany seafood and oysters, or simply to celebrate good times.
