Our Roasted Tomatoes with Entre-deux-Mers Balsamic Vinegar celebrate one of the essentials of sunny days: the tomato.
Slow-roasted to concentrate their flavours, tomatoes from Lot-et-Garonne develop a melting texture and naturally sweet notes. Entre-deux-Mers balsamic vinegar then brings balance with a delicate tangy and woody touch that enhances the richness of the fruit.
Thyme, spices and a hint of Espelette pepper extend this aromatic palette with subtlety, without ever overpowering the tomato’s natural intensity.
