Created in 1932, the Saint-Georges recipe has stood the test of time without losing its authenticity. Conceived by Georges Hilliet, founder of the cannery, it embodies recognized artisanal expertise and a respectful approach to the product.
Caught in season off the coast of Quiberon, the sardines are prepared fresh by hand, then delicately arranged before being covered with extra virgin olive oil. A simple and honest recipe, with clean and balanced flavors.
