Harvested before maturity and preserved in brine, green peppercorns are the most delicate of the peppers. More vegetal and milder than their white and black cousins, they offer a subtle aromatic freshness.
Combined with sardines and extra virgin olive oil, it creates a refined and balanced recipe, full of nuance, where each ingredient naturally finds its place.
