Our Red Pesto with Greuil du Béarn & Périgord Walnuts deliciously revisits the traditional Sicilian recipe.
Candied cherry tomatoes from Lot-et-Garonne bring fruity and slightly sweet intensity, enhanced by the freshness and creaminess of Greuil du Béarn, a delicate and authentic sheep’s milk ricotta.
Périgord walnuts add a subtly crunchy texture and warm notes that enrich the whole recipe. A touch of Espelette pepper and hints of rosemary finally balance the flavours with finesse.
Both creamy, aromatic and generous, this red pesto can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toasted bread or used in cooking alongside fresh pasta, roasted vegetables or a beautiful burrata.
