Gascony sweet potatoes, naturally soft and lightly sweet, form the base of this aperitif spread. They are lifted by Landes yuzu, a rare citrus that brings real brightness, while the Sauternes AOC reveals delicate notes of candied fruit and honey that carry the tasting elegantly.

Turmeric, a touch of Espelette pepper and Île de Ré salt season the whole thing with finesse, without ever masking the richness of the ingredients. The result is smooth, fragrant and perfectly balanced.
