Made according to the traditional recipe, Edmond Fallot mustard embodies all the know-how of a family and independent mustard factory, an essential reference in French gastronomy.
This mustard is 100% Burgundy-made, produced in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy . The carefully selected mustard seeds come exclusively from Burgundy and are slowly stone-ground, guaranteeing a fine texture and preserving all the aromas.
Its unique characteristic lies in its production using Aligoté white wine, the emblematic grape variety of the region. This is why it does not bear the Dijon mustard appellation, traditionally made with vinegar. This choice results in a balanced strength, a beautiful length on the palate, and a controlled spiciness that enhances the flavors without ever masking them.
