Descended from a cross with the Berkshire, a royal English breed, the Prince Noir de Biscay pig is a pure product of the Landes region, as rare as it is renowned for the exceptional quality of its meat. This hardy breed, with its powerful and deep flavor, is the ideal base for distinctive, artisanal pâtés.
It is this local treasure that Les Conservistes, a young company from the Landes region, are working with, driven by the desire to make pâté "glamorous" without ever betraying charcuterie traditions or demanding taste. A gamble that has fully paid off with Majesté, a name that comes naturally to a pâté made from Prince Noir de Biscay pork.
Roughly chopped, this terrine offers a satisfying chew, gradually revealing the full aromatic power and assertive character of the meat. The subtly spiced finish adds a touch of zest and prolongs the pleasure on the palate.
A unique terrine, ideal for an aperitif with friends, generous, flavorful, and offering excellent value for money. A must-try for lovers of authentic charcuterie and regional products.
