Our Black Garlic & Smoked Béarn Pepper Hummus is one of our signature recipes.

Made with chickpeas grown in Lot-et-Garonne, it reveals a smooth and generous texture enhanced by deep and warming flavours.

Black garlic brings slightly candied and balsamic notes that naturally enrich the sweetness of the chickpeas. Smoked Béarn pepper then unveils a delicate aromatic intensity with woody and smoky accents.

Raz el hanout extends this invitation to travel with its oriental and spicy notes, creating a subtle balance between richness, warmth and character.

An original and elegant recipe to enjoy as an aperitif, as part of a mezze platter or alongside roasted vegetables, grilled dishes or flatbreads.
