Daan Honestly one of the best ciders I've had. Dry, naturally sparkling, with a crisp bitterness and a subtle hint of the Normandy coast. Goes perfectly with charcuterie or oysters. A real artisan product, highly recommend.

Authentic and full-bodied, the Cuvée Tradition captivates with its assertive character and natural balance. Its luminous color, ranging from golden yellow to orange-yellow, is enlivened by a fine and elegant effervescence, the signature of masterful craftsmanship.
On the nose, the Cuvée Tradition reveals subtle and complex aromas, blending buttery notes and dried herbs, for an expression that is both indulgent and vegetal.
On the palate, its subtle acidity adds tension and structure. The balance is precise, giving way to a fresh and persistent bitterness that elegantly and characterfully extends the tasting experience.
