This confidential cuvée is crafted from 100% tangy apple varieties typical of the Cotentin orchards. Traditionally used in pastry for their lively aromatic profile, these apples bring remarkable freshness and great aromatic precision to the cider. Usually reserved for apple juices or blends, they are here showcased in a dedicated cuvée, revealing their full finesse.

On tasting, Micro-Cuvée No. 4 offers a vibrant balance centered on acidity, with aromas of citrus and tangy candy. The nose reveals delicate notes of fresh apples—clean and expressive.

On the palate, the structure remains lively, crisp, and refreshing, supported by a clean acidity that brings tension and elegance. The finish lingers on slightly sweet fresh apple notes, delivering a structured, precise, and highly refreshing cider.
