Micro-Cuvée No. 1 is an exceptional organic cider, recognizable by its orange-yellow color and unique aromatic profile.

Aged for at least 3 months in oak barrels that previously held Calvados AOC, this cider gains structure, with a slight increase in alcohol and tannins that bring depth and complexity.

On the palate, it stands out for its great finesse and intensely fruity expression. Round, indulgent, and perfectly balanced, it evokes a true candy-like character while maintaining freshness and elegance.

At 6.5% ABV, this cider combines immediate pleasure with character, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with rich dishes.
