Champagne “La Bande à Meunier” from Amis de Beauregard puts the generosity and freshness of Meunier centre stage, in a pure, zero-dosage interpretation.

Made from the 2022 harvest with 30 to 40% reserve wines aged five years, this champagne shows real aromatic depth while keeping great liveliness. From the terroirs of the Vallée de la Marne, on clay-limestone and clay-flint-limestone soils, it expresses a generous, fruity and perfectly balanced identity.

The nose opens on orchard fruit — apple and pear — alongside ripe citrus and delicate soft-spice notes recalling vanilla. On the palate, the complete absence of dosage (0 g/L) gives a clear, precise reading of the wine, with a straight, fresh and elegant texture.

With an apéritif over fine charcuterie or tinned fish, but don't stop there: the lack of dosage lets it carry a whole meal, from fish to roast poultry.
