Champagne "Dans mes Pensées" Brut Nature – Fabien Bergeronneau

With “Dans mes Pensées”, Fabien Bergeronneau makes a deeply personal champagne, drawn from his origins and the terroirs that shape his identity. This Brut Nature cuvée expresses the sincerity and precision of artisanal work that respects the vine and the life in it.

The nose shows fine aromatic freshness carried by lemon zest and crisp Pink Lady apple, then generous notes of fresh strawberry and red cherry. On the palate, Meunier brings breadth and texture while Pinot Noir gives elegant structure. Chardonnay extends the finish with finesse and tension.

Ageing across stainless steel and oak produces a remarkable balance of energy, depth and complexity.

A champagne for the table rather than the apéritif: the oak ageing gives it enough body for fish in sauce, poultry or an aged cheese. Serve it between 10 and 12 °C, in a wine glass rather than a flute.
